Azrin Mohd’s fascination with ready-made object brings him to an interesting process of discovery. While acknowledging the historical narrative of the subjects he is embracing within them his own personal memories of the past in the form of story-telling diorama. His body of work is a devise for re-telling stories (re) constructed through material objects layered with allegorical symbolism, social commentary and childhood experience. To him as an artist, what evolve around him needs to be documented in form of sketches or an artwork to react about what he feels on certain issues or news that happens around him.
